Joel Kietzman, Waunakee, Wis., was named the 70th winner of the Klussendorf Trophy, the highest recognition given to a dairy cattle showman in the United States.

Brett Yerina, Johnstown, N.Y., won the coveted Klussendorf-MacKenzie Award presented during the 45th World Dairy Expo, in memory of Duncan McKenzie, 1961 Klussendorf winner.

In the Red and White show on the colored shavings today, it was a win for the KHW family. KHW Regiment Apple-Red-Et owned by the Apple Partners of Edgerton, Wisc., took top honors and was named the Red and White Grand Champion. Milksource Genetics, Kaukauna, Wis. received a Reserve Grand accolade with RW Wilstar-Rs Tlt Limited-Red. Read more
