Kathryn and Anna in China

Kathryn Bach and Anna Smith, both veterinary students at the University of Pennsylvania, had the opportunity during the summer of 2010 to work on a 6,700 cow dairy in China. They spent each week in a separate area of the dairy, first learning, then advising the staff on dairy procedures, as well as teaching English to farm employees.
