WHEN:
Friday, May 12

12:00 PM- All Animals On Site- More than 250 head of cattle will be stalled for the weekend. These cows will travel from throughout the northeast to take part in this show.

6:00 PM- Youth Showmanship- Showmen are judged based on their knowledge of their animal and their ability to show off the animals best attributes.

9:00 PM- Showmanship Winners Announced



Saturday, May 13

8:30 AM- Breed Show– Cattle are judged based on a variety of different factors; confirmation, soundness, udder quality, balance and condition. The cattle are shown in age order beginning with calves.
12:00 PM – 1:00PM- All Breeds Junior Champion is named
3:00PM-4:00 PM- Awards Given Out

DETAILS:Celebrating its 15th year on The Fairgrounds in Hamburg, NY, the Spring Dairy Preview show is designed to provide exhibitors with a pre-season experience prior to showing at a local/state fair.
With 250 head of cattle already registered for the event, the 2016 Spring Dairy Preview is shaping up to be the largest in its 15 year history. The cattle will travel from throughout New York State, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Michigan to compete in the show. Mr. Chris McCullough of Juda, WI will be the judge of the show. Over $3,000 in awards and premiums will be handed out during this event.
