Monique Thomas joins broadhead’s creative team as a senior copywriter. Previous to broadhead, Thomas worked with top advertising firms Campbell Mithun, Olson and Carrot. Her account experience includes Burger King, Sprint, Land O’Lakes and Whole Foods.

Spencer Anderson has been hired as a senior account executive for The Mosaic Company account. Anderson comes from Weber Shandwick, where he worked on accounts such as Syngenta, OPXBIO and NEXGROW Alfalfa.

broadhead has also hired three new employees after the completion of successful internships with the agency:

Vanessa Hellermann officially joins broadhead as an account coordinator after serving as an intern for the consumer and government services team. Hellermann will focus her time on the USDA APHIS and Key Log Rolling accounts.

Kyle McDonald joins the agency’s creative team as a junior editor/director, further expanding broadhead’s video capabilities. A recent California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo grad, McDonald brings knowledge of both video and agricultural production.

Maggie Clemensen has been added to the agency’s growing digital team as a junior interactive designer. Clemensen recently graduated from the University of Saint Thomas, where she studied communications and graphic design.

Additionally, Carrie Isaacson has been promoted to account executive. She supports the agency’s Canola Council of Canada, Boehringer Ingelheim (Canada) Ltd. and CRV USA accounts. Isaacson joined broadhead in September 2012, and has played a key role in agency promotion and business development.

“We’re excited to have Monique, Spencer, Vanessa, Kyle and Maggie on board, and to have Carrie taking on a bigger role on the account team,” says Beth Burgy, chief operating officer at broadhead. “They bring new perspectives and talent that adds to the capabilities of the agency. We’re thrilled they’ve chosen to make broadhead their home.”
