broadheadThe National Agri-Marketing Association recently honored broadhead with 29 awards in the regional Best of NAMA competitions. broadhead, a Minneapolis-based full-service marketing communications agency, received 17 First Place awards, 11 Merit Awards and a Best of Show.

The Canola Meal Calculator Launcher created for the Canola Council of Canada won Best of Show at the Region I Best of NAMA awards.

First Place awards recognized broadhead's work with AGCO, the Almond Board of California, Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, Inc., the Canola Council of Canada, Fertizona, The Mosaic Company, the National Farm Medicine Center, and USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service.

Awards of Merit were presented for broadhead's work with AGCO, Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, Inc., the California Avocado Commission, Fertizona, Land View, Inc., Minnesota Soybean Research & Promotion Council, The Mosaic Company, and USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service. broadhead also received an award of Merit for its in-house holiday video.

"We are honored to once again be rewarded for our work on behalf of our many great clients," says Greg Wetzel, chief creative officer at broadhead. "It was great to see how many awards we brought home this year, but what was really gratifying was that we won those awards across a variety of disciplines and a number of clients."

The Best of NAMA awards program honors the best work in agricultural communications. All of broadhead's regionally awarded work will now undergo review for national award consideration at the Best of NAMA competition on April 9, 2014, in Jacksonville, Fla.
