Zinpro Corporation recently announced the addition of Julian Casas, D.V.M., and Octavio Mendivil as account managers within the U.S. sales team, bringing enhanced sales support to the animal feed industry in California and Arizona. Both Casas and Mendivil report to Curt Greer, U.S. dairy business manager.

Casas will serve as account manager – California. In this role, he will be located in Visalia, Calif., and have sales responsibilities for the dairy industry in Central and Northern California. Most recently, he worked as a technical service consultant for a bovine genetics company. Prior to that, he worked as a veterinarian and nutritionist, as well as a veterinary technician. Casas earned a doctoral degree in veterinary medicine from the National University of Colombia in Bogotá, and a master's degree in preventative veterinary medicine from the University of California – Davis.

Mendivil will serve as account manager – Southern California & Arizona. In this role, he will be located in Tucson, Ariz., and have sales responsibilities for beef (cow/calf and feedlot), dairy, equine, and manufactured feed sales to customers in Arizona and Southern California. For the past six years, Mendivil has worked as a research coordinator for the University of Arizona School of Animal and Comparative Biomedical Sciences in Tucson. Prior to that, he worked as a sales representative for the beef business unit of a global animal health company.
