AgSource Cooperative Services is pleased to announce Heidi Williams has accepted the Senior Data Technician position in the Customer Services department, based out of AgSource's headquarters in Verona, Wis. Williams will be training to take customer calls and help fulfill members' informational needs.
"Heidi is a great addition to our Customer Service Team," says Linda Marty, AgSource Director of Dairy Records Processing Center Operations & Customer Services. "Her experience and background complement and support the talents of our team and will strengthen our ability to better serve our members."Williams graduated in December of 2014 from the University of Wisconsin Platteville, where she majored in ag business with an emphasis in marketing and communications. Before coming to AgSource, she completed a marketing and communications internship with the School of Agriculture at the University of Wisconsin Platteville.
Prior to college, Williams was involved in both 4-H and FFA, serving as the treasurer of both organizations and showing beef cattle at the local county fair. During her free time she enjoys gardening, baking, cooking, and canning. Williams is from Ridgeway, Wis.
