Sarah Fraley was recently named a Vita Plus dairy specialist. Working in eastern Michigan, Fraley will assist in on-farm service for dairy producers in a team environment. She will also provide nutrition consulting and offer customized solutions to help producers meet their goals. In addition, she'll work closely with dealerships and network with industry experts to continually offer cutting-edge technical expertise.

A Michigan native, Fraley attended Michigan State University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in animal science in 2011. She then attended Purdue University to earn her master's degree in animal science with a concentration on dairy cattle nutrition. While working toward her master's, Fraley assisted with research studies on condensed distillers solubles and dietary potassium carbonate in lactating cow diets in addition to working as a graduate teaching assistant. She was recognized as a Purdue University LOUJA Graduate Competition Award Winner. Fraley is a member of the American Dairy Science Association and the American Society of Animal Science.
