The University of Minnesota Extension dairy team is offering 16 dairy field days this summer. Each field day will feature a farm that has made changes in their management or facilities that are proving to be successful and may be of interest to other dairy farmers.

Among the topics to be covered are robotic milking systems, automated calf feeders, custom heifer raising facilities and contracts, transition cow housing and management, bedding management, inter-generational business transfer, forage management, and more.

For more detail on locations and brief descriptions of each field day, go to www.extension.umn.edu/dairy. Also see attached brochure.
