TANCO Autowrap's Line of Cost-Saving Automated Bale Wrapping Machinery On Display At World Dairy Expo

Hamilton Equipment Booth EH S01 – Founded on the premise that modern farming requires diverse, specialized solutions for varying bale-wrap applications, TANCO Autowrap, comes to the World Dairy Expo in Madison, WI with the widest range of baling wrapper technologies. The company based in Bagenalstown, County Carlow, Ireland, and marketing through Hamilton Equipment, is demonstrating a comprehensive range of round and square bale wrapping technologies.

According to Martin Maye, Worldwide Sales Manager, TANCO, offering farmers a wider choice of bale wrapping technologies enables greater efficiency and effectiveness in harvesting, storing and using fodder.

"We see WDE as a platform from which we can offer our broad range of solutions to address North America's broad range of needs. TANCO products, distributed by Hamilton Equipment, are built tough and designed with the needs of the farming professional in mind.

The company's 173 Bale Shear, 580 A round bale wrapper, 1540 EH Square Bale Wrapper and 160 Cleanafeed will be on display at booth EH S01 during the World Dairy Expo.

The robust 1540 EH is the most versatile of its kind, capable of wrapping both square and round silage bales. Its roller system with two independently driven rollers, ensure a smooth and consistent bale rotation. 1540 EH is equipped with two wrapping arms, resulting in a quick and efficient wrap.

TANCO's 580 A round bale wrapper offers three operator cycle modes: automatic wrapping; load and cycle; and automatic load, wrap and tip cycle, which can all be selected on the attachment's digital control panel.

Ideal for handling bales directly into mixer wagons or feed passageways, the 173 Bale Shear provides an elite level of bale handling efficiency and farm safety. The 173 firmly retains plastic and net wrappings while quickly slicing round bales in two. The attachment allows farmers to experience a massive reduction in mix times and efficiently manage labor, fuel and maintenance costs.

TANCO's 160 Cleanafeed is a low maintenance, self-loading livestock feeding attachment, which is hydraulically operated via linkage to a user's tractor. The durable livestock-feeding implement quickly cleans, chops and feed root crops. Its rotor paddle removes loose dirt through an open framework and ensures an even supply of feed to the chopper unit.

Emphasizing green technology, the wash bar mechanism can be lifted to a water supply, cleaning with only a small amount. Optional attachments allow for feeding of potatoes, vegetables, maize, grains and other feed compounds.
