Semex is pleased to announce that Robert Fitzsimmons has joined Semex as a Partner Development Manager in New England effective October 8, 2012.

As a Product Development Manager, Robert (Bob) will be responsible for delivering dairy genetic solutions to Semex customers. These solutions focus on client needs and creating value at the farm gate. Before joining Semex, Bob was an extremely successful area sales manager for a competing A.I. company. Additionally, he served as General Manager for two iconic dairy cattle Holstein farms, Carrousel Farms in Orangeville, Illinois, and Lylehaven Farm in East Montpelier, Vermont.

Bob is an extremely accomplished dairy cattle judge, officiating at hundreds of shows worldwide including: World Dairy Expo's International Holstein Show, Central National Jersey Show, Central National Brown Swiss Show and International Red & White Holstein Show; the Holstein and Jersey Shows at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Toronto, Canada; the All-American Jersey Show; and international shows in England, Brazil, Japan, Chile, Mexico, Germany, Netherlands, Ireland, Australia and Argentina.
