Rock River Laboratory, Inc. introduces Convenience Routes, a new sample pickup system created to save customers time, and improve accessibility. The routes connect handy business locations throughout the North Central Wisconsin and North East Wisconsin regions, with drivers gathering samples from designated drop boxes and transporting them back to the laboratory to proceed with analysis.

"Our company is centered on customer service and solutions to help our customers succeed, so developing the Convenience Route system was a natural progression," explains Zac Meyer, Rock River Laboratory directory of operations. "Ultimately we hope to save our customers time, reduce miles, reduce shipping coordination, and avoid the extra planning to fit in a trip to the lab."

Two Convenience Routes are currently in place, with over 20 locations available for sample drop off. The North Central Wisconsin route, covering the area between Merrill, Neillsville, and Sheldon, Wis. in the morning, with sample analysis taking place at the new Rock River Laboratory located in Colby, Wis. Same-day turnaround is offered on samples dropped in the bright blue drop boxes by 10 AM. The Packerland Convenience Route will cover the area between West Bend, Denmark, and Shawano, Wis., with evening pickups from designated drop boxes to retrieve samples for early morning analysis.

"Consultant and nutritionist customers shouldn't have to fit their lives to our schedule, but rather, we want to fit our schedule to meet their needs," says John Goeser, Rock River Laboratory animal nutrition, research, and innovation director. "By simplifying the portion of the sampling process that our customers are responsible for, we can help remove barriers, and let them spend more time on the things that help them succeed."

The new Rock River Laboratory Convenience Routes are now running. Visit Rock River Laboratory's website at www.rockriverlab.com to get exact drop box location addresses and to find updates on new locations being added regularly.
