This new UL/cUL certified control panel is truly "smart", with the addition of a new Patz Remote Notification feature that notifies multiple operators of faults and maintenance needs via text message or email, and an Auxiliary Relay function that can be customized to provide a start or stop signal to other machine(s) when specific alley scraper criteria is met.

Operated by a glove-friendly, 5.7" high resolution color touch screen HMI, the MasterMind V3.0 Control Panel is equipped with a built-in "Learning System" that continually adjusts scraper torque limits based on changes in weather, bedding, and manure, and also detects obstructions in the alley, ensuring safer operation for your employees and your livestock.
The MasterMind V3.0 Control Panel also features advanced troubleshooting tools. Service technicians can review a 4-week log of fault history that is stored in system memory, even if the power is disrupted. Furthermore, the control panel's Torque History and User Settings Warning screen ensure the system is configured to optimal settings.
