Available in 270 cubic foot (7.6 m3) or 350 cubic foot (9.9 m3) capacities, this new addition to the Patz Vertical Mixer line is strong, providing durable and dependable operation for a variety of mixing applications.
The 800 Series II Vertical Mixer includes a newly-designed rectangular base, offering additional drive mounting locations for more versatile positioning of the mixer. A strong mixer tub, comprised of heavy duty ¼-inch walls and a ½-inch floor plate, fortifies the unit and adds to its life expectancy. Working in conjunction with the mixer tub's adjustable flow restrictors, the steel cone-top screw includes heavy lifting, ensuring a long life of thorough, consistent mixing and exceptional processing of longer materials. The mixer design also includes a six-piece, ASABE®-compliant top safety guard, allowing safer operation of the unit by enclosing the mixer tub.
A variety of options, including choice of drive package, knife options, and side extensions, allow the mixer to be customized for any mixing application.
