The Professional Dairy Producers Foundation (PDPF) is asking you to donate to the Cornerstone Dairy Academy Appeal. The Cornerstone Dairy Academy is a Professional Dairy Producers' (PDPW) program that directly addresses growing leadership skills within the dairy community. It is especially effective for those with strong technical skills, who want to pair that knowledge with the communication skills needed for advancement and leadership in the dairy industry.
PDPF proudly supports Cornerstone Dairy Academy as part of its vision to grow the next generation of dairy leaders. Since the program's inception in 2014, 90 applicants from 17 states have participated.

A senior colleague saw my potential and encouraged me to get training that changed my style, improved my communication skills and increased my effectiveness.
