Parks joins as Field Account RepresentativeWe are pleased to announce that Glenn Parks has joined Newport Laboratories' Ruminant Business Unit as a Field Account Representative. Glenn lives in Greenbrier, Arkansas, and his primary responsibilities will be cattle accounts in the southern region of the country.
Glenn is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, with a BS in Animal Science and Agricultural Education. He has over 30 years of experience in the animal health industry.
Glenn is very familiar with cattle production practices in this region of the country and has extensive experience in working with practicing and consulting veterinarians to meet their needs. He will play an important role in providing optimum service on behalf of Newport Laboratories to our veterinary accounts in the southern and southeastern states.
Glenn's sense of customer service will be a strong asset to both Newport Laboratories and our customers as we work to address bovine health issues. I am confident you will enjoy working with him.
Thompson joins as Technical Service Veterinarian
We are pleased to announce that Dr. Lex Thompson has joined Newport Laboratories' Ruminant Business Unit as a Technical Service Veterinarian. Lex lives in Imperial, Nebraska and will provide technical support to Newport Laboratories' diagnostic and Custom Made Vaccine customers, assisting with selection of diagnostic tests, interpretation of diagnostic results, and addressing questions regarding the production of Custom Made Vaccine.
Lex is a graduate of Texas A&M and has over 30 years of experience in bovine practice, dealing with all segments of the beef industry. With his practical experience in various aspects of beef cattle production and health management, Lex will be a great asset to the Newport Laboratories' veterinary service team.
