The New Holland Pavilions are the latest addition to the Alliant Energy Center Campus. These multi-use indoor pavilions, which total 290,000 square feet, have replaced the nine former agricultural barns and make Alliant Energy Center an industry leader in agricultural shows. The state of the art pavilions cost $24.9 million and were made possible through a public-private partnership that included the State of Wisconsin, Alliant Energy Center, Dane County, New Holland, Boumatic and Centerplate Catering.

With 7,900 square feet of pre-function area for banquets and receptions, a 90,000 square foot heated pavilion, and a 200,000 square foot pavilion, the New Holland Pavilions can accommodate a variety of events from agricultural shows, to flat shows, trade shows, and more.

"This is a wonderful new addition to our already amazing array of assets in the Greater Madison avenue," said Deb Archer, President and CEO of the Greater Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau. "This is a significant investment and the state of the art pavilions are a game-changer for what this facility can now do. If you haven't taken a look at how your group may be able to use this multi-use space, I urge you to pay attention to this great new feature," she said.

The Alliant Energy Center is a full-service multi-building complex situated on a 164-acre campus in Madison, Wisconsin. It features Exhibition Hall and Veterans Memorial Coliseum, as well as an Arena building, agriculture exhibit buildings, and the Willow Island natural area. Information on the Alliant Energy Center and its many events is available at www.alliantenergycenter.com

The GMCVB is honored to play a key role in supporting the more than 19,000 Dane County jobs supported by tourism. Promoting tourism in Madison since 1972, the GMCVB continues to work strategically to expand upon the more than $1.7 billion dollars generated by visitor spending in Dane Country every year.
