Callum McKinvenABS® Global, Inc., the world leader in bovine genetics, reproduction services, and artificial insemination technologies, is pleased to announce that Callum McKinven has accepted an Authorized Representative position in the Eastern Township region of Quebec, Canada.

McKinven co-owns and operates Lookout Holsteins and Jerseys with his wife, Katherine, and three daughters, Tara, Brooke, and Alana, in Canton de Hatley, Quebec, Canada.

Raising over 200 head and milking 30 cows, the McKinven family keeps active in showing and marketing animals in North America and around the world. They have twice owned the Junior Champion female at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair and also Intermediate Champion. Lookout Farm has garnered many All-Canadian and All-American awards. McKinven is also a proud recipient of the Curtis Clark Award, which was awarded at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in 2000, for exemplifying all-around ability, sportsmanship, and dedication that is respected by fellow breeders and exhibitors.

McKinven is an internationally-renowned judge, judging in more than 28 countries around the world and in all breeds. In North America, he has judged every major show including officiating the National Black and White Holstein Show in 1997 and 2012 and judging Jerseys and Brown Swiss at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. McKinven has also officiated both Showmanship and Conformation at the TD Canadian 4-H Dairy Classic Show and the previous President's Cup Showmanship competition. McKinven was the Official Judge for the previous World Holstein Conference Show in Dublin, Ireland in 2008 and again in Toronto, Ontario at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in 2012. Judging at World Dairy Expo nine times and McKinven had the privilege of judging the Red & White Holstein Show at World Dairy Expo in 2014. To top off this fantastic resume, McKinven is a member of the official judges panel for the Judge's Choice™ program (elite dairy genetics developed by ABS Global, Inc. and St. Jacobs ABC).
