Kemin welcomes technical service staff

Kemin hires Amy Duffield and Dr. Ken Griswold for its dairy technical service staff in North America.

Amy Duffield joins as a field technical service manager focusing on the ruminant encapsulated products and forage program. Previously, she owned Duffield Dairy Consulting, LLC. providing dairy rations, nutrition recommendations and management ideas for dairy producers. She was involved in the development of the AminoCow Dairy Evaluator and previously worked as a key account manager for Monsanto. Duffield holds a Master of Animal Science from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in dairy science from Michigan State University.

Dr. Ken Griswold serves as a dairy technical service manager focusing on forages, transition cow nutrition and record management. He was previously employed by the Penn State Cooperative Extension as an extension educator working directly with dairy producers. Prior, he was an assistant professor at Southern Illinois University, a postdoctoral researcher in dairy nutrition at Ohio State University and a feed management consultant with Young’s Minerals, Inc. Ken holds a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois in rumen microbiology, a Master of Science in ruminant nutrition from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science in animal sciences from Cornell University.
