INOVOTEC logoiNOVOTEC Animal Care of St. Louis, MO, USA, is delighted to announce that
Bruce Hageman has joined the company as General Manager and Head of Commercial Operations.

Mr. Hageman brings a significant portfolio of dairy industry experience to iNOVOTEC, particularly in the ruminant nutrition sector. His background includes multiple sales and marketing leadership roles at Church & Dwight, Diamond V, PrinceAgri, Dairy Farmers of America and, most recently, leading operations for American DairyCo, a 9,000-cow dairy enterprise. "I am elated to enter on the ground floor at iNOVOTEC with opportunity to maximize growth of this technology in the Americas. iNOVOTEC's Smart Monitoring System is a precision agriculture product that is aligned with the future of modern dairy production," Hageman commented. Mr. Hageman will be responsible for putting in place a business management and sales structure to implement the iNOVOTEC strategic plan.

The Smart Monitoring System consists of:

  • An easy to install "plug and play" Base Station with a direct internet or GSM connection

  • An optional number of Repeaters, providing easy, flexible and cost-efficient extension of the system's wireless network to remote areas of the farm

  • An orally administered, FDA-cleared in-animal pH Sensor with a proprietary technology enabling accurate measurements of rumen pH every ten minutes for 150 days

  • A complementary in-animal Temperature Sensor providing accurate measurement of rumen temperature every 10 minutes for up to 4 years

  • A Climate Sensor that reports environmental factors – ambient temperature and humidity in the barn(s)

  • Messenger Software – an automated analytical system that delivers real-time alerts to herd managers and advisors on portable electronic devices (smart phones, tablets) and computers highlighting events requiring attention within the herd.

Introduced into the Americas (North & South) by iNOVOTEC in 2014, this system brings a new level of sophistication to ration and health management in dairy and beef cattle.

Commenting on Bruce Hageman's decision to join iNOVOTEC, Dr. John P. McAlister, CEO of iNOVOTEC Animal Care said, "We are delighted that Bruce join us to lead the commercialization of our products. His extensive experience, expertise and network are unique and bring an essential new capability to our management team."
