The Boards of Lone Star Milk Producers Inc. and Hoogwegt U.S., Inc. have approved forming a new joint venture company to build a plant in the Texas Panhandle that will produce specialty dairy ingredients. The company will be owned equally by Hoogwegt and Lone Star with Lone Star supplying quality milk and Hoogwegt marketing the ingredients produced to customers in the U.S. and around the World. More details will be provided at a later date.
