Genex Cooperative, Inc. announces Brian Brooks of Geneva, New York, as the new Area Marketing Manager for central New York and northeast Pennsylvania and Steve Sheppard of Bad Axe, Michigan, as the new Area Marketing Manager for Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. Both Brooks and Sheppard have a history of service to Genex members and customers.Throughout his 27-year Genex career, Brooks has provided members and customers within New York's Finger Lakes Region and New England with cattle genetics and reproductive services. He is a previous recipient of a Genex mission award, recognized for his dedication to members and customers and for outstanding workmanship.
Sheppard joined Genex in 2012 serving as a National Account Senior Specialist. Prior to coming to Genex, he spent 12 years managing large dairies. Sheppard earned a national diploma in agriculture business management and a national certificate in dairy science from Bicton College of Agriculture after growing up on his family's dairy farm in England.
