Weather Channel comes to CALS, Horticulture celebrates 125th and more
The Weather Channel (TWC) recently stopped by the CALS-based Arlington Agricultural Research Station to do a story about how cold weather affects dairy cattle. They interviewed herd manager Mike Peters and spent several hours learning about how cattle and the people who care for them adjust to weather.
Two video spots aired on the AMHQ (America's Morning Headquarters) on Wednesday, March 19. They featured Mike Bettes, the TWC meteorologist who visited the station. Watch the video:
