Berdell has a deep knowledge of the robotic milking industry, working with robotics for the last 15 years. In his new role, Berdell will help customers with the decision-making process and implementation of a robotic system, fully supporting them as they transition to a new milking routine.

Prior to joining GEA Farm Technologies, Berdell ran his own consulting business providing U.S. dairies startup support for robotic systems. In addition, Berdell helped establish the first robotic dairy farm in New Zealand that was fully operational on rotational grazing. Additionally he served as the farm/technical manager for Winslow LTD.
