Endres and Griswold will be assisting the Filament Marketing team on a variety of projects spanning advertising and promotions to brand development and media relations, including technical writing projects and social media. Endres' and Griswold's deep roots in agriculture will help them connect with the company's clientele while employing their writing and communications skills to assist with a variety of communication initiatives.





Endres pixtEndres grew up on her family's 350-cow registered Holstein farm in Waunakee, Wis. and is still actively involved in the dairy operation. She is a senior year at the University of Wisconsin-Madison majoring in dairy science and life sciences communication. Endres is very involved on campus with Badger Dairy Club, serving as the secretary and the 17th Badger Invitational Sale Catalog Chair. She is also a member of the Association of Women in Agriculture.






Griswold pixtGriswold grew up west of Madison on her family's hobby farm where she exhibited swine and beef cattle. She is a junior at the University of Wisconsin-Madison majoring in life sciences communication with a focus in international agriculture and agricultural business. Griswold is also involved on campus serving as the President of the National Agri-Marketing Association and the Alumni Coordinator for the Association of Women in Agriculture. She is also a member of Collegiate Farm Bureau and is a College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) Ambassador.





Griswold and Endres both have extensive experience in the agriculture industry. Endres has worked as the communications intern with East Central/Select Sires and the Genetic Management System (GMS) intern with ABS Global, Inc. Griswold was a media relations Intern with John Deere and a sales and marketing Intern with DuPont Pioneer. Both Griswold and Endres previously worked for the Babcock Institute for International Dairy Research and Development.
