DuPont PioneerDuPont Pioneer Growers Win Nine National Titles in 2014 National Sorghum Producers Yield Contest - Growers planting Pioneer® brand sorghum hybrids recently won three of seven first-place finishes and nine of the 21 national categories in the 2014 National Sorghum Producers (NSP) Yield and Management Contest. Growers using Pioneer® 84G62 brand sorghum won five of the nine national titles, and 33 of 81 state titles were won using Pioneer® brand sorghum hybrids. DuPont Pioneer Growers Win Nine National and 238 State NCGA Yield Contest Titles in 2014 – DuPont Pioneer congratulates the winners of nine national and 238 state titles in the NCGA 2014 yield contest who used Pioneer brand seed to achieve top yields. Growers in Georgia, Maryland, Missouri, Texas and Virginia using seven different Pioneer brand genetic platforms placed in the six national categories in the 2014 contest. Frequent winner David Hula of Charles City, Virginia achieved a staggering 476 bushels per acre using Pioneer P1794VYHR brand corn on his 2014 contest plot. Plenish® Oil to be Used by All Food Vendors at the Pennsylvania Farm Show – The Philadelphia Inquirer published an article noting the use of Plenish® oil in all food vendor offerings at the Pennsylvania Farm Show in 2015.
