Dairy Business AssociationDBA is excited to announce Nicole Barlass as the new Director of Member Relations. "Nicole has an extensive background within the agriculture community and brings a breadth of knowledge, passion and enthusiasm to assist in leading our organization's growth," said Tim Trotter, DBA Executive Director.

Nicole BarlassBarlass grew up on her family's dairy farm in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison where she majored in Agriculture Education. Barlass served as Wisconsin's 59th Alice in Dairyland, as an Agriculture Education Instructor for eight years at Milton High School in Rock County, and most recently as the Executive Director of SWAG (Southern Wisconsin Agricultural Group). She is an active volunteer with the Wisconsin State Fair Dairy Promotion Board and Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation.

"Dairy is the backbone of Wisconsin and I am very excited for this new position. DBA is one of the key organizations involved in supporting dairy producers and their farms," said Barlass. "I look forward to the opportunity to grow this dynamic group."

Hiring a Director of Member Relations is one of several steps DBA is taking to focus on growth and improvement. "We want to grow the organization, and we are committed to meeting the needs of our members by providing value and resources that will help ensure the success of their farms and the dairy community as a whole," said Trotter.
