Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese took home Best of Show honors in the Dodge County Fair Cheese Judging for its Marinated Fresh Mozzarella Balls. The cheese also won first place in the Flavored Natural Cheese category in the open class category at Dodge County Fair, Beaver Dam, WI.

The winning Marinated Ciliegine (cherry size) is a Crave Brothers Fresh Mozzarella specialty, marinated in a blend of olive oil and canola oil, with a signature spice mix. Serve it as an antipasto, add it to pasta salads, or enjoy it with olives and sliced tomatoes. Fresh Mozzarella is also available in Perline (pearl size), Bocconcini (ball size), Ovoline (egg size), Medallions, 8 oz. balls, 1-pound balls, and 1-pound logs.
