CRV Appoints Amy VanderMark as New Managing Director for North America
CRV, a leading global cattle improvement organization, announced that Amy VanderMark was appointed as new Managing Director for North America on November 2, 2015. Said Alfred de Vries, Chief Operations Officer, "Amy brings a diverse understanding of genetics products, services and operations, and will focus on growing our presence in the North American dairy and cattle markets. As our growth continues, we will continue to personalize our services, doing what is necessary to help farmers gain greater efficiency in producing high-component premium milk." VanderMark, a 14-year veteran of the artificial insemination industry, has served in marketing and leadership roles, in addition to leading sales operations for an on-farm software company, DairyQuest. She grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin, and attended University of Wisconsin?River Falls where she studied animal science. She currently raises beef cattle.
