CRI logoGenex Cooperative, Inc. announces Daniel Bauer of Lake Mills, Wisconsin, as a new dairy procurement specialist. Bauer joins the cooperative's dairy procurement team in conducting activities to provide Genex members and customers with a strong genetic offering of dairy sires.

Bauer has been immersed in the dairy industry from a young age, growing up on his family's commercial dairy in central Wisconsin. He then attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison graduating with a degree in dairy science. After graduation, Bauer joined Jersey Marketing Service where he earned the title of manager of the member-owned Jersey cattle marketing company.

In 2011, Bauer entered the dairy genetics and artificial insemination industry. During this time he has been responsible for a variety of functions including direct sales, sales support, employee trainings, and global marketing.
