Plan Your Trip, Contact Staff and Share Photos from Android or iPhone

Pennsylvania Department of AgricultureAgriculture Secretary George Greig today unveiled the new, free All-American Dairy Show App for Android and iPhones.

The app helps exhibitors and visitors plan their trip to the All-American with a complete show schedule, complex map, visitor information and direct contact with All-American staff. When the show starts, the app will feature up-to-the-minute postings about the show, including ringside announcements and results.

"Technology like this All-American Dairy Show app helps farmers keep pace with the rapidly-changing agriculture industry," said Greig. "Real-time information about the All-American is at your fingertips. Share your show experience with others across the 24-acre complex and around the world by posting your comments and photos."

A comment wall and photo gallery give users a flexible platform for discussing the show. Free Wi-Fi across the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Center will help users use the app quickly and efficiently, Greig added.

The app, available for both Android and iPhone devices, was sponsored by Multimin USA. Search "All-American Dairy Show" at Google Play or iTunes.

The 2014 All-American Dairy Show features 22 shows from Sept. 13-18 in addition to the nation's only all-dairy antiques show. Last year's event featured nearly 2,800 animals and more than 1,300 exhibitors from across the nation. The week caps off with the 58th Pennsylvania Dairy Princess Pageant on Saturday, Sept. 20, at the Radisson Hotel Camp Hill.
