ADVANTA Advanta US, a leading international supplier of proprietary agricultural crop genetics and seed, announces Tyson Meador has joined the company as eastern sales manager.

Meador's territory will include all areas east of the Mississippi River. His primary responsibility will be sales of the Alta Seeds brand of premium sorghum products and private label seed. His other duties include: technical and agronomic support, product training, test plot supervision and business development.

Meador has over 13 years of experience working as a territory, region and district manager in the agricultural seed industry. Prior to joining Advanta US, he worked for Seed Consultants Inc.
