New sales representative will bring on-farm diagnostics to Northeast dairies

Advanced Animal Diagnostics (AAD) announces the addition of Christine Krawczyk of Alden, N.Y., as sales representative for the northeastern United States. Krawczyk will leverage her sales and dairy industry experience to increase placements of the company's rapid on-farm diagnostic technologies, including QScout® MLD (milk leukocyte differential) test for early detection of subclinical mastitis in dairy cows.

"Christine is experienced at introducing dairy technology to producers and has an impressive list of sales achievements in the Northeast," said Gary Winter, AAD vice president of sales. "Her hands-on approach to working with producers and local knowledge make her a great fit with our company."

Krawczyk will work with producers to educate them about the opportunities to increase production and profits with early disease detection. She'll work closely with producers to implement QScout MLD – a rapid on-farm mastitis test read by QScout® Farm Lab – then support them through workflow analysis, training and full integration.

Prior to joining AAD, Krawczyk worked on a local dairy farm and with DeLaval Dairy Service's VMS robotic milking systems. She earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.

"Enabling diagnosis of dairy cows at the quarter-level and preventing costly disease really resonates with me as a professional in this industry," said Krawczyk. "My goal is to help producers discover tools and make changes that improve animal health and productivity."
