Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition announced today the addition of Shawna Martinho as Channel Sales Manager for the Western United States. Martinho will be responsible for working with channel accounts in nine Western states to help distributors and feed mills use the ARM & HAMMER® product portfolio to better service their dairy customers' needs.

"Shawna brings a wealth of dairy industry experience and knowledge to the Western region's Channel Sales Manager position," says Jim Rainey, manager of channel sales with Arm & Hammer Animal Nutrition. "She is well versed in ingredient formulation and customer service, as well as strategic planning. In addition, she's honed her leadership and management skills, and worked diligently to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded. Shawna is a welcome addition to our team."

Martino photoMartinho brings to her new position nearly 17 years of experience in agricultural sales, marketing, customer service and business management within the livestock feed industry. Most recently she worked for Golden State Feed and Grain as a Micro Procurement Manager, where she managed the formulations department and ingredient sales program and oversaw the customer service program. Martinho has also worked for Land O'Lakes Purina Feed as Formulations and Pricing Manager, and at Nutrius LLC as a Formulations Specialist, Customer Service Supervisor, and Pricing and Formulations Manager.

Martinho earned her bachelor of science degree in agriculture education with an emphasis on animal science from California State University, Fresno. She will be working with distributors and nutritionists in Ariz., Calif., Idaho, Mont., Nev., Ore., Utah, Wash. and Wyo.
