The 2014 Joint Annual Meeting of the American Dairy Science Association and American Society of Animal Science will convene July 20 through July 24, 2014, at the Kansas City Convention Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Over 3,300 attendees representing fifty countries are expected to attend the Joint Annual Meeting. The meeting will host more than 40 symposia, over 2,000 oral and poster presentations, and many commercial and educational exhibits. Among the many special events will be an opening session and barbeque, annual general meetings for each of the host societies, spouse tours, several special breakfasts and receptions for university alumni, award ceremonies, and an old-fashioned ice cream social.
