Matt SattlerMatt Sattler has joined Diamond V as a Dairy Field Technical Specialist to assist producers in Texas, New Mexico, and western Kansas. He's come to Diamond V from Alta Genetics, Inc. where he worked directly with dairies for the past 13 years.

As Alta Genetics' premier account manager for the central U.S., Matt used his analytical skills in evaluating herd performance records to help producers identify opportunities for unrealized profit. He also expanded the progeny testing program in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. Prior to joining Alta Genetics, Matt worked as a finance specialist for the Wisconsin Department of Commerce.

District Sales Manager Chad Davis notes that Matt's skill set and expertise strongly complements Diamond V services to dairies, especially in analyzing records, evaluating reproductive programs, and identifying bottlenecks.

"Matt's unique blend of technical expertise and on farm support, mixed with his expertise in account strategy development, will be a great asset to the Diamond V Team."

Matt received his B.S. in Dairy Science and Agriculture Economics in 1998 from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He and his wife, Jessica, have three sons, Rudy (5) and twins Simon and Oliver (3). In their spare time, Matt and Jessica enjoy traveling on their Harley.
